The Kentucky stable rug can be used in summer on colder nights or in-between seasons. During winter, the rug is perfect as an under rug or for horses that are not clipped.

The square quilted outer fabric in 600D polyester is very resistant to tearing. The rug doesn’t contain any filling, however, the liner traps and retains the horses’ body heat. The liner also prevents rubbing against the horse’s skin and gives the horse a shiny coat.

The rug closes with two front buckles and two surcingles. The buckles are stainless steel and can hold up to 1500N. The withers are protected by the iconic artificial sheepskin.

Maintenance Advice

Shavings can easily be brushed off of the rug. To clean the rug, you can wash the outdoor rug in the washing machine at 30°C. To dry the rug, simply hang it outside on a sunny day. Do not tumble dry.
